Students are given a one day orientation programme for their exposure to our college facilities, staff, library, etc. Students are made to understand the Teaching Learning Process and active learning in theory and practice. All Heads of Departments and others associated address the students and make them aware of various aspects of functioning of the institution. This is working very effectively.

Every year new teachers join the college - some with experience and some without sufficient experience. Those without sufficient experience are exposed to "Effective Teaching Methodology" programmes conducted by Senior Teachers. The new teachers are provided with manuals where in all the guidance is given to deal with dynamics of class room situation is given. They are informed about different phases of lecture and how to be effective.
