Frequency of the Board Meetings and Academic Advisory Body
Board of meeting will be held minimum once in quarter. Academic Advisory Body will meet twice in a year.
 

Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in
Academic Affairs & Improvements
Faculty will formulate the Academic program duly taking feedback from the students and it will be implemented after verifying that it is in consonance with Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
Due consideration will be given to the opinion of the faculty for effective Governance. At the same time no one will be allowed to shirk from his responsibilities.

Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
Dr. S. A. Razzaq, Director is authorized to interact with the student to get feed back. At the same time he will interact with the faculty. The suggestions from students will be upper most. Finally the Principal with the consent of Secretary & Correspondent will implement necessary modification for the best performance of faculty.

Grievance redressel mechanism for faculty, staff and students
Always the Principal, Secretary & Correspondent and member Advisory board (Chairman) will be available in the campus. Whatever be the grievance, that will be redressed then & there itself. So that noting should be left unattended
